SIS (Security Industry Specialists) Subugates Minorities 

During our most recent investigation we became privy to a little known "Social Engineering" program happening with the U.S. that subugates minorities, handicapped, economically vulnerable and "Our Casts" of society (without consent, medical release or compensation). This hideous discover utilizes Directed Energy Weapons (of PSYOPS) on civilian populations causing everything from social unrest, health issues, psychological distress to death of the subjects turning on each other. These programs are happening in major cities across the U.S. including Chicago, New York, Phoenix etc. We have reached out to the FBI only to be threatened as not to reveal the technologies or nefarious intention as applied. Former SIS reveals Social Engineering Program in US Cities
Genocide Revealed

Upon received insight from a contributor we began investigating a "farfetched" conspiracy involving Social Engineering programs. We were surprised to learn there was validity to this claim. "Gangstalking" is a well known plague on innocent civilians who desperately seek answers and resolution without much assistance from law enforcement. Related to a previous investigation we learned of similar technologies used and applied nefariously. So we "dug in" and learned the names and faces of many SIS employees currently involved in this hideous practice. This is Crime and invassive to our way of "Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness".  How this happens in America is unimaginable...

RESULTS

We originally reached out to the FBI, filed complaints and submitted a FOIA request regarding their well known "Gangstalking Unit" and misuse of similar suggested "surveillance methods" being abused without response. In this particular matter we were first requested to come work for the FBI which we continued to decline over many advances (approximately 6 months). Then they started threatening us with undue prosecution via the same surveillance methods - V2K, RNM, VM & MK :) Over the last 1.5 years we have been constantly harrassed to "Keep our mouths shut or else" as not to expose some "not so secret technology, neglect in actually fighting crim, abuse thereof or complicity in the crime itself. Curious?

Below we list the employee's for which we would personally testify in any court in the world as being related to our investigate and experience in this matter. Further we are yet agian disappointed in the "Fast Reaction" of our Federal Government in allowing or contracting with a company who is actively "modifying the behavior" of any US Citizen directly or indirectly be use of "Directed Energy Weapons" as classified in the published US PATENT list provided above. This reasonant frequencies are well known to have only one purpose "Psyops War" and should never be unleashed on any civilian - EVER. Yet they are and millions file complaints and seek remedy without resolution.
